excellent bali experience

large pool helpful staff relaxing getaway

the pool is very large and a real centerpiece here, with villas circling it. i found the staff to be great and always helpful. the location worked perfectly for the relaxing getaway i had planned, enabling me to sunbathe, swim, and enjoy drinks.

Cleaning in the rooms could be better. I noticed a few areas were not as clean as expected.

The main pool is quite large and well maintained. I saw guests relaxing on many available loungers. a swim-up bar is conveniently located near the pool area, offering drinks throughout the day.

every staff member i encountered was consistently polite and eager to assist (they always greeted me with a smile).

my beautiful double room with a garden view included a king-size bed and a seating area, useful for working. the bathroom featured both a shower and a separate bathtub.

threadbare towel cheap feeling

the breakfast was acceptable, a decent start to the day.

i was frustrated by the condition of the towels. they were gray and threadbare, not at all what i expect from a place like this. it felt cheap, not clean, and definitely detracted from the experience

swim up bar helpful staff separate pool

i stayed in the lagoon king suite pool access the room size was generous the bathroom had good space i walked directly into the pool from my suite there was a swim up bar nearby. the staff helped me ring a doctor who came to the hotel they provided tablets because i was ill after arrival the staff were very helpful. the hotel pool area had a nice setup with a bar i found separate pool areas too

the breakfast was not good and needs improvement
